Offer reliable on-demand delivery powered by Nash and already integrated with your Square Online store.


Nash is Square’s affiliated delivery aggregator. If you choose the Best available option when setting up On-Demand Delivery, Square will assign Nash, its affiliated delivery aggregator, as your delivery service provider when appropriate. If Nash is chosen for the order, it will automatically select the best local delivery service provider in your region based on the cost and reliability of the delivery.
Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to:
Settings → Account & Settings → Fulfillment methods → Online pickup & delivery
Then:
- Click Set up location next to the delivery location
- Complete pickup setup and click Continue
- Select Yes to offer delivery
- Choose On-Demand Delivery
- Choose Best available under courier services
- Click Continue and finish setup by editing your delivery settings, order timing, and fulfillment hours
- Click Save
Yes. Nash does not support deliveries for tobacco or CBD products, even if those items are available in your online store

Nash will file an incident report with the courier. Once approved, the refund will be processed and appear in your Square account. Note: Nash cannot access your customer’s payment information and does not reimburse end customers directly
