13. Payments

We will not store or collect your payment card details. Payment information goes directly to third-party processors governed by their privacy policies. Processors adhere to PCI-DSS standards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover collaboration).

If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. Nash assumes no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

15. Children's Privacy

The Services don't address anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Discovered child data is immediately deleted.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Policy updates are posted here with prior notification via email or prominent Service notice. Changes become effective when posted.
