The shape of the day

2:00 PM Doors at The W
2:00 – 3:30 PM What's workingHow you're actually using AI, and what it has changed on the ground. Led by the room; Nash stays out of the way.
3:30 – 4:30 PM BreakCoffee, air, and the conversations the sessions start.
4:30 – 6:00 PM What's nextBets, roadmaps, and the things too early to announce.
6:00 – 7:00 PM Reset before dinner
7:00 – 9:00 PM Dinner, in partnership with a16za16z hosts a dinner for senior grocery executives, and The Grocer's Table joins it: one long table in the Crimson Room at Bourbon Steak, Four Seasons Las Vegas.

The detailed agenda is shaped around the confirmed room and circulated ahead of the day. This is not a Nash pitch: the people at the table do the talking, about how their operations actually run.

A small room, on purpose

The Grocer’s Table seats ten to fifteen people, everyone at it a peer. We hold it at that size deliberately: sessions like these work when people speak plainly about what is working in their operation and what is not, and that kind of candor needs a room built with care. It is also a senior table, VP and above: the people who can speak for the whole operation.

Grocery is competitive, and some companies sit too close to one another for an open conversation. So we compose each room company by company, and we show you who has confirmed below, before you request a place, so you can judge the room for yourself.

That composition sometimes means a request we would otherwise love to say yes to does not fit this particular room. When that happens we will tell you directly, and we would genuinely like to host you at our GroceryShop happy hour later that week instead.

Confirmations are in motion. Companies appear here as they land.

Tell us who you are. We read every request against the room we are composing and reply personally, usually within a couple of days. A submission here is a request, not a confirmation.
